Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional written information provided at the time of booking, form the basis of your contract with Still Travel Ltd., a company registered in Indonesia. References to “you” and “your” apply to the person named on the booking and all individuals on whose behalf the booking is made. By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of all listed individuals.

1. Condition of the Age

Participants in Still Travel tours must be at least 18 years old.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Deposit & Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of USD 200 is required to secure your booking, or full payment if booking within 60 days of the tour start date. The deposit is credited toward the total payment. A binding contract is created once you receive a booking confirmation from Still Travel.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour’s start date. Failure to complete the final payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Changes: Ensure that all booking details are accurate upon receipt of the confirmation. Report any discrepancies within 10 days.

3. Accuracy

  • While we strive for accurate information on our website, prices and other details may change. Please verify the most up-to-date information before booking.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Mandatory Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and repatriation is required. Ensure it includes adventure activities like hiking and water sports, as applicable. Still Travel is not liable for losses arising from insufficient insurance.

5. Pricing

  • Fixed Price Guarantee: Once your deposit is paid, Still Travel guarantees the tour price. We may offer discounts (e.g., early-bird or promotional rates) at our discretion, but these do not affect previously confirmed bookings.

6. Cutting Your Trip Short

  • If you voluntarily cut your trip short, no refunds will be issued for unused services. Travel insurance may cover some curtailment costs; please contact your insurer directly.

7. Changes and Transfers

  • Date Change & Transfer:
    • Guests can change the tour date once for free if requested more than 60 days before departure.
    • Additional changes or changes within 30-60 days incur a $50 administration fee per person.
    • Changes within 30 days are subject to approval and start at $50, potentially rising to the full cost of the tour.
  • Transfers:
    • Bookings may be transferred to another individual if requested at least 60 days before departure. Transfers incur a $100 fee plus any additional costs.
    • Transfers between tour packages are permitted for upgrades only, with any price difference payable. Downgrades are not allowed.

8. Cancellations by You

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 60 days before start date: Deposit is retained; remaining balance is refunded.
    • 30-59 days before start date: Deposit is retained; 50% of remaining balance is refunded.
    • 30 days or less before start date: No refund is provided.
  • Refunds on any add-ons (e.g., airport transfers, accommodation) follow the same policy.

9. If We Change or Cancel Your Booking

  • Minor Changes: Minor adjustments (e.g., flight delays, accommodation changes within the same category) may occur. We will inform you promptly but are not liable for compensation.
  • Significant Changes & Cancellation: In rare cases, we may need to make substantial changes (e.g., changing the accommodation area or tour length) or cancel the tour. If this happens, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a choice of:
    • Accepting the change,
    • Receiving a full refund, or
    • Transferring to a comparable tour.
  • Compensation:
    • Over 30 days’ notice: No compensation.
    • 15-30 days’ notice: $20 per person.
    • 14 days or less: $40 per person.

10. Force Majeure

  • Still Travel is not liable for changes or cancellations due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. No compensation is provided for changes or cancellations due to these events.

11. Special Requests

  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs) should be made at the time of booking. While we do our best to meet these requests, they are not guaranteed.

12. Disabilities and Medical Conditions

  • Guests with medical conditions or disabilities should inform us prior to booking. We will assess the suitability of arrangements and may require a doctor’s certificate. If adequate arrangements cannot be made, we may cancel the booking with applicable cancellation fees.

13. Acknowledgment of Risk

  • Our tours often include adventure activities and visits to remote areas. By booking with Still Travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Our staff remain informed about current conditions and will provide relevant information to help ensure your safety.

14. Excursions

  • Excursions booked independently of Still Travel are not part of your contract with us. Any issues or claims should be directed to the provider of the excursion.

15. Travel Documents

  • It is your responsibility to obtain a valid passport, visa, and any required travel documents. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

16. Supplier Terms

  • Many services are provided by independent suppliers who may operate under their own terms and conditions. We can provide copies of these terms on request.

17. Flights

  • Still Travel does not include flights as part of tour packages. Any delays or issues with flights should be addressed directly with the airline.

18. Complaints

  • If you encounter issues during your trip, please bring them to the attention of your group leader immediately. Unresolved issues can be escalated by contacting our office at admin@stilltravel.info. We are not liable for third-party issues, but our team will assist as best as possible.

19. Behavior and Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Still Travel reserves the right to remove disruptive individuals from the tour without refund. Any damages caused by inappropriate behavior will be charged directly to the guest(s) responsible.

20. Use of Images

  • Photography & Media: Still Travel reserves the right to use images or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the tour.
