How do I book a trip through your website?

You can book a trip by browsing through our selection of destinations and packages and selecting the one that suits your preferences. Then, simply follow the prompts to complete the booking process.

We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as alternative payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are there any additional fees beyond the listed prices?

We strive to be transparent with our pricing. However, some packages may have additional fees such as resort fees, taxes, or optional add-ons. These will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

Can I make changes to my booking after it’s been confirmed?

It depends on the specific terms and conditions of your booking. Some changes may be possible, but they could incur fees or additional charges. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with any changes to your booking.

 

Do I need a visa?

Most visitors get a visa on arrival on the airport. Although, depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Indonesia. Citizens of many countries are eligible for visa-free entry or can obtain a visa on arrival for a limited period. However, some nationalities are required to obtain a visa in advance from an Indonesian embassy or consulate. You should check the Indonesian embassy website or contact them directly to determine the visa requirements for your specific situation.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is mandatory and a condition of your contract with us. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have personal travel insurance covering the entire duration of the tour. We advise confirming that there are no exclusion clauses limiting or excluding protection for the activities included in your tour. Make sure the insurance you purchase meets your specific needs and arrange supplementary insurance if necessary.

 

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, our customer support team is available to assist you with rebooking or finding alternative travel arrangements. We also recommend checking with your airline for their specific policies regarding flight disruptions.

Cancellation and Refund?

  Yes, we offer group discounts for larger bookings. Please contact our group booking department for more information and personalized assistance. 

  1. If you need to cancel your booking with Still Travel, you will need to notify us in writing, by email. 

  2. ⁠For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to departure, the deposit will be lost.

  3. ⁠For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment will be lost.

  4. No cancellation fees will be waived as a result of the following:

a. Injury or sickness.

b. Delayed, rescheduled or missed flights.

c. Climatic, social, force majeure, or political problems.

  1. You may be able to have any cancellation fees refunded by your Travel Insurance – subject to their terms.
